DECA Leadership
- As the Founder and President of DECA Consulting Club at Coppell High School, I launched a peer-led initiative designed to elevate the performance of aspiring DECA competitors. Recognizing the challenges many students face in mastering role-play scenarios and excelling on exams, I created a network of past winners and qualifiers to offer mentoring that blends group instruction with personalized coaching. Through weekly afterschool sessions and targeted one-on-one guidance, I worked directly with over 60 students, helping them refine their business vocabulary, sharpen their strategic thinking, and build confidence in competitive settings.
- In addition to hosting regular meetings, I led specialized workshops for groups of 20+ students, focusing on advanced role-play techniques and exam strategies tailored to DECA’s competitive framework. I reviewed individual performances, offered tailored feedback, and fostered a collaborative environment where students could learn from each other and grow together.
